Shipping policy

  • Shipping policy of Intarsia is made for customer convenience. Our manufacturing lead times average 5-7 working days from the customer's order date for all products. Although uncommon, some orders may take up to 8-9 days from and after dispatch it takes 5-7 for delivery and it depends on area zip codes.
  • Our all products are delivered via reputed courier companies that are completely insured and reliable. We always believe in quality not in quantity. We charge much lower shipping rates in compare to other companies
  • If you have shopped multiple products in a single transaction, we will send it to you in one single shipment. (In case of a single shipment, the delivery date would be on the date when all the products are ready to ship).
  • At the time of delivery, if you are not available to receive the parcel, the courier company would leave a note for you to call them and arrange for redelivery or you can pick it up from their location.
  • We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
